Do I need a referral from a doctor to book?

No referral is needed. Parents and caregivers can self-refer directly. If you have existing reports or letters from a GP or paediatrician, bring them — they're helpful context but not required to start.
What happens after I submit a booking request?

A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your slot, answer any questions, and provide payment and preparation instructions. No payment is taken online.
Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for reschedules or cancellations. Deposits are refundable with 48+ hours' notice. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp and we'll sort it straight away.
How long should I expect the full assessment to take overall?

The full process — from first session to receiving your written report — typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Each individual session lasts 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We pace things to suit your child and avoid fatigue.
Can both parents attend sessions?

Absolutely, and we often encourage it. Having both caregivers present for the parent interview in particular leads to a richer, more complete picture of your child's developmental history.
